Investment Advisor Representative                

Paul has been an Independent Investment Professional since 2000.  He is the principal of Kodiak Investment
Management which was registered with the State of Minnesota in 2010. He has been a registered investment
advisor representative since 2001.  Prior to becoming independent, he was a financial consultant with Merrill
Lynch for 1 year, an independent attorney/consultant for American Express for 2 years, and practiced law for
over 12 years, mainly in the areas of estate planning, trust and probate litigation, investment, and
administration, probate, real estate, and business law.  He has over 22 years total legal and investment
experience.

He is married to Rebecca Zenke, and has three children.  They reside in rural Aitkin and their children attend
Aitkin High School. His main outside interests include: family, outdoor sports and activities, music,
automobiles, woodworking, and home improvement.

Paul is an independent Investment Advisor Representative.  His role is to analyze tax, estate, cash flow, and
succession issues, and to maximize return within the risk parameters dictated by the client.  His
responsibility and integrity must be that of a fiduciary.
